What is paddleboard?
A paddleboard is similar to a surfboard, but it is easier to use. The rider holds the paddle and uses it to move forward. The new sport paddleboard, also known as SUP (Stand Up Paddle), is an extraordinarily universal and simple sport.
It strengthens many muscles (calf, back, oblique abdomen and muscles of the upper limbs) and at the same time has aerobic effects. It also reinforces balance, increases strength and endurance and improves overall physical condition.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN PADDLE BOARD IF I WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN JUSTWOMAN?
Of course not. Boards will be available for all who decide to try this beautiful sport. Experienced paddleboarders will share the secrets of paddling right there with you.
DO I HAVE TO ACTIVELY PRACTISE THESE SPORTS BEFORE JUSTWOMAN IF I HAVE DECIDED TO PARTICIPATE?
Not at all, we do not measure time. At JUSTWOMAN, you will come to enjoy the day with your friends and celebrate this day with sports rather than going for a classic coffee on the terrace.
CAN I REGISTER AS A TEAM OR JUST AS AN INDIVIDUAL?
It’s up to you, we can offer tickets for individuals but also discounted price if you decide to go with your friends and make a team.
WHAT WILL THE DAY WITH JUSTWOMAN LOOK LIKE?
First and foremost, the day belongs to women. We have been preparing several attractions and activities for you and your friends. We will do your make up and hair, give you advice in selecting the right sportswear, make you great coffee and healthy food, and there will be a chill zone.
It all starts with 5km run followed by yoga and paddleboard. Each activity has plenty of time so that each of you can enjoy a particular sport. As far as paddle board, we have prepared for you for a 15-minute course under the guidance of our best instructors. For those of you who already know how to paddle we are preparing a RACE on a large paddleboard for 8 people ;).
